About Nova Talent
We are a fast-growing startup and we are looking to disrupt a very traditional industry: Headhunting & Employer Branding. Our business is based on our global community, Nova, which connects high potential individuals amongst themselves and with the best professional opportunities through an online platform and disruptive events. We use data and algorithms to make those connections more relevant. The key of our company is the quality of our members, who have to go through a selection process and belong to the top ~3% of people aged 20-35, coming from a wide variety of industries. Our clients include McKinsey, BCG, Iberdrola, CBRE, AXA, P&G, Novartis, Google, Spotify or Fever. We help them understand, attract and hire high potentials.
In order to support our international expansion, we want to bring our selection tech platform, NomAppSelMa, to the next level this summer. We look for Product Management Intern to help us bring a new version platform to life and help us with our Product Roadmap for the rest of the year.
As a Product Management Intern, you will:
- Lead the development of our new selection tech platform with a team of third-party developers and designers as Product Manager, testing it and bringing insights and requirements from the business
- Support the COO in prioritizing features to boost our user experience and members growth
- Build no-code small prototypes of solutions using Zapier, Google Suite or Bubble and test them out before we commit to full investments
- Support the COO in designing our Product Roadmap for the fall of 2020 and the beginning of 2021
- Line up our selection process for Nova’s tech team in the fall
As the ideal candidate, you have:
- Digital mindset- although you do not need to know how to code, you need to understand how technology works and have a high level understanding of software development and databases
- Proven analytical skills- you must be able to manage data-sets and draw conclusions
- Attention to detail- it is vital that you are able to spot bugs effectively and make bullet-proof products
- Creativity- you must be able to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas and solutions
- Go-getter attitude- you must be able to learn fast and be comfortable outside of your comfort zone
- Positive mindset- we like having fun and enjoy working with each other. You must be willing to come with that same energy and positive attitude every day, and transmit that to the community.
- Fluency in English is a must
